What time will you arrive?
The arrival time will be at least 1-2 hours before the scheduled start time.
What can I provide to Nova Motions 360?
As the client, you can provide enough space for the 360 Photo Booth (12 x 12), a wifi source, a table if available, and a three prong outlet.
Will someone stay to operate the booth?
Your booth concierge will remain present for the duration of your rental reservation.
Will my deposit be deducted from my total?
Yes, your deposit will be deducted. If your total is $850 and you pay a $200 deposit, your remaining balance is $650.
Does your company offer props?
Absolutely! Props inject a ton of fun into the scene and we offer a diverse array of items.
How will my guests get their photos?
Upon completion of their session with the photo booth, guests will promptly receive their photos. These can be collected through text message, airdrop, QR code, or email.
What’s the minimum amount of hours I can rent?
The minimum time required is 2 hours.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
To confirm your event, a down payment is required that contributes to the overall price unless paid in full.
Can you add my logo?
Please send a picture of your logo via email and we will include it in your video strip.
My event is canceled, what do I do?

Will my pictures or videos be published on social media?
Your videos and pictures may be utilized for marketing and advertising, unless you express a preference against their usage.
How many people can fit on the photo booth?
The Nova motions 360 photo booth accommodates 5-9 individuals on its platform.
Do you provide me with a digital copy of all images taken at my event?
Clients will receive a digital copy of every video and photo. An email with a google drive link will be sent the night of the event or the next day.
Can I make a same day appointment?
The allotted time is one day, but there may be cases where exceptions apply. Please reach out to me urgently; there is an additional charge of $250 for same-day choices.
How do you know where my event will be held?
